Meet Your Therapist
Monica is a dedicated Provisionally Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor and a Masters‑level Clinical Mental Health Practitioner. She holds dual psychology degrees from Liberty University with specializations in addictions recovery and life coaching, and is completing her M.S. at Evangel University.
A native of rural Nebraska, Monica understands the unique pressures facing agricultural families and small‑town residents. She is passionate about mental wellness in agriculture and is committed to helping adults and families overcome dependence and addiction.
Using an integrative, holistic model, Monica explores all dimensions of wellness—emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual—guiding clients toward balance, self‑acceptance, and positive change.
